Prof. dr. Frederique Paulus
Prof. dr. Frederique Paulus is a professor and clinical epidemiologist at the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC. She finished the master of science training in Evidence Based Practice at the University of Amsterdam in 2006 and obtained a doctorate at the same university in 2012. Before she became a PhD candidate she has been working as an intensive care nurse in the AMC in Amsterdam for over 15 years. She maintains a research agenda that examines the care of patients requiring mechanical ventilation. In addition to her role as principle investigator, Frederique Paulus is a Quality Improvement advisor for the departments of Intensive Care and Anesthesiology. She is affiliated with the University of applied science Amsterdam as associate professor of Critical Care.
