The first eight weeks of feedback and evaluation following the implementation of the decision support tool have been completed in the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC and location VUmC. During this round, site-specific implementation strategies have been applied based on the findings. Feedback, evaluation and tailored implementation are currently ongoing at Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc.
